Life Alignment is a system of healing that is informed by the body (via kinesiology or muscle testing) and guided introspection. Our bodies are like a book, with all our life’s experiences written in it. Within the stories we hold are emotions, which can stay stuck in our bodies, and this affects us on an energetic, mental and physical level. In Life Alignment sessions you are invited to release (on an energetic level) deep patterns, emotions and old beliefs that no longer serve you and are holding you back from living life fully. When the blockages are released, a new personal freedom is found – allowing for self-compassion, clarity and happiness. Life Alignment paves the way for personal growth and positive changes in life to unfold.
Vijnana Yoga combines breath (pranayama), movement (asana), and mindful attention to cultivate inner awareness, body awareness, grounding, and ease.
This class places special emphasis on pelvic floor health, exploring gentle release and improved coordination of the muscles that support the pelvis and core. You will also learn practical tools for body awareness, alignment, and movement habits that can help support and protect the pelvic floor in everyday life.
I have chosen to combine yoga with Qigong, creating a playful and creative approach to movement.
Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” developed in China thousands of years ago and is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. It uses flowing movements, breath, and focused attention to cultivate and circulate Qi (Chi), with the aim of supporting health and well-being.
Yoga, a body–mind–spirit practice that originated in India thousands of years ago, offers a complementary path toward balance, awareness, and vitality.
Together, yoga and Qigong create a fluid practice that brings spaciousness, grounding, and joy into the body.
And then we add a little of everything I love: alignment tips, self-massage, Paula exercises, dance, music, and playful exploration.
This is the creative blend I enjoy bringing into my classes.
Come and try!
You do not need to be pregnant to treat yourself to a massage with me! In fact, I think getting a massage should be part of a regular self care routine, just like brushing your teeth! It supports the body in releasing stress, releasing muscles and bringing you back home to yourself.
I offer intuitive touch massage for all women. I integrate a variety of techniques: Swedish massage, Lomi Lomi, Equilibrio, Ilan Lev, and healing energy work in all my sessions. I can add essential oils or music, according to your preference, as I use these various massage techniques to support your body in restorative healing and relaxation. A one hour session is 400nis, an hour and a half is 500nis
The Ilan Lev Method is unlike anything else you may have experienced in a bodywork session. It is a celebration of movement which helps the body relax and reorganize, releasing stress and pain. Originating from Feldenkrais technique, this unique bodywork form uses passive movement and touch to teach the mind/body to deeply relax, reorganize and let go of pain. For men and women.

The Labyrinth: A Journey Through Transition
The labyrinth is an ancient symbol used across cultures for thousands of years. Originating in Greek mythology, it has served for millennia as a sacred tool for ritual, initiation, and the cycles of life, transformation, and rebirth.
Throughout history, its path has provided grounding and reflection. Some examples of historical uses include:
Coastal Nordic Traditions: Seafarers walked stone labyrinths along northern shores to invite safe passage before venturing out into the vast, open sea.
Birth & Motherhood: In childbirth traditions, the labyrinth serves as a symbolic “inner map” to help mothers navigate the unknown, transformative threshold of labor and new life.
Chartres Cathedral: Medieval pilgrims in 13th-century France walked the famous stone labyrinth floor as a physical journey of prayer and spiritual enlightenment.
Today, the labyrinth remains a powerful tool for meditation, therapeutic healing, and quiet introspection—a grounding space to find clarity during life’s turning points. It is used as a tool to allow the subconscious to bubble up and bring you answers or perhaps bring you the questions. It gives you the space to listen.
Pain does not need to be an integral part of pregnancy. Equilibrio bodywork incorporates massage, osteopathic and chiropractic techniques. Equilibrio means balance, and this is the goal – to add balance to the pelvis and womb. Balance can relieve pain and also prepare the body for birth, increasing the chances of a straightforward labor. For pregnant women from week 20 on.
