We place great importance on providing equal service to all our clients and visitors and on improving the service given to people with disabilities. Accordingly, we invest significant resources in making our website more accessible and easier to use for people with disabilities.

Website Accessibility

Making the site accessible is intended to render it available, friendly and easier to use for people with special needs arising, among other things, from various motor disabilities, cognitive impairments, short-sightedness, blindness or colour blindness, hearing impairments, as well as older adults.

Accessibility Standard

We make efforts to ensure the site meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and the Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

Adjustments Made

The site is compatible with common browsers and mobile devices, adapts to a range of screens and resolutions, uses clear and simple navigation, has a consistent page structure, provides alternative text (alt) for its main images, and allows font-size changes using the Ctrl and + keys. The site contains no moving or flashing text.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts to make all pages of the site accessible, some parts or capabilities may not yet be fully accessible.

Accessibility Coordinator

The accessibility coordinator for the site is Rahel Kima. If you encounter an accessibility issue, or have a suggestion, please contact us by email: rbkima@gmail.com. To help us handle the matter effectively, we recommend including a description of the problem, the action you tried to perform, a link to the relevant page, your browser and version, your operating system, and any assistive technology used.
